What you may not do
Republishing the written descriptions, guides or curated lists in bulk, whether by hand or by automated scraping, is not permitted. The selection of restaurants and the text about them are original work. Photographs on the site are not the operator’s to license and cannot be redistributed from here at all.
Photographs and data
Restaurant photographs remain the property of the restaurants and of Recruit Co., Ltd., and are displayed live from HOT PEPPER Gourmet under its terms of service. Addresses and coordinates come from Foursquare OS Places under the Apache 2.0 licence, and maps from OpenStreetMap under the ODbL. Each source is credited on the About page.
Restaurants listed here
No restaurant pays to appear on this site and no restaurant can pay to be removed from it, other than by writing to confirm they have closed or asked not to be listed. Requests from a restaurant to correct or remove its own entry are honoured.
